Established in 1983
The International Relations Students’ Association (IRSA) represents all International Relations students at the University of British Columbia, as well as members across faculties and departments united in their interest in global affairs.
We collaborate with the Alma Mater Society, the Arts Undergraduate Society, the International Relations Department, and the Faculty of Arts to deliver academic, social, and professional programming for thousands of students each year while fostering an interest in International Relations.

IRSA is your home away from home for all students across UBC with an interest in global politics and international affairs. Join a welcoming community of hundreds of students supported by dozens of team members to participate in an unforgettable undergraduate experience with 44 years of history!

WHAT DO WE DO?
At IRSA, we support our members in their diverse interests across a range of undergraduate areas. Regardless of your reason for joining IRSA, we are an AMS Club that gives you opportunities to explore your interests while developing professional skills, honing your academic expertise, and meeting like-minded peers!
