consider your offers
Time to shine!
Accept or decline any offers as you see fit! You may receive multiple offers, and you have the right to choose which position you would like to accept.
But Specifically…
Each Executive Member conducts their own hiring process for their vacancies at their pace. When you select your position preferences, the Presidents will send a copy of your application on June 23rd to the Executive Members that oversee those preferences.
This process means that you may receive multiple follow-ups from various Executive Members—a testament to your sought-after skills! As an applicant, you have the right to accept/reject offers. Since IRSA does not operate under a centralized assessment model, submitting an application places you in the Executive Members’ candidate market.
You may select an unlimited number of portfolios and positions in your preferences, and as such, multiple Executive Members may evaluate your application at once. Rejecting an offer from one Executive Member will not impact other Executive Members’ evaluation of your application.
